Shipping FAQ's
Can You Describe Your Packaging Process?  
Every painting or reproduction print purchased through Particulars Studio is hand-packed in state-of-the-art protective packaging, so you can count on your painting being delivered to you in undamaged condition. To protect your new artwork from dust, ultraviolet light, and general grime, original paintings are provided in a specially designed Tyvek sleeve. Corner protection covers are always included, and depending on the finished size of your artwork, bubble wrap or other protective materials are added to reduce shock and impact damage during the shipping process. Artcards are packaged in bubble mailers generally, but large quantity orders are shipped in a box. If an order includes multiple items from different item categories (i.e. a painting and a set of giftcards), items may be packaged and shipped altogether. However, this depends on space availability. 
What Shipping Methods Can I Use? 
Items are shipped exclusively by United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail.  I insure all original artwork and a signature is always required for delivery.  I may combine multiple ordered items in the same package for practicality, and expediency reasons. Particulars Studio reserves the right to change shipping carriers and/or shipping methods as necessary, based on market conditions. Items can also be purchased for immediate customer pickup. 
How Will I know When My Order Has Shipped? 
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing delivery details will be sent to you. The  tracking number provided will allow you to monitor delivery of your parcel online. However if your message doesn't include this information, it means that tracking service is not available for your particular item or delivery zone. Please contact me for help in this case. Orders ship within the timeframe stated at the time you add an item to your shopping cart. If after placing your order, your order is to be delayed for unanticipaed reasons, you will be contacted diretly to discuss options. Once a shipment leaves Particulars Studio, unforseen delays or problems with a shipment can occur with our carrier. Most delays are minor in nature however, so consider waiting until the end of the estimated delivery timeline before inquiring about the status of your order.
What Shipping Zones Can I Have Items Delivered To? 
Particulars Studio ships nationally to all 50 states, in addition to the following U.S. Territories: American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Island, and US Minor Outlying Islands. This includes orders going to PO Boxes and APO addresses as well. We service the following APO's: Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time, but hope to be able to provide this delivery area service soon. Please check back!
