Particulars Studio is committed to protecting your personal and payment information. The policy is simple: Your information is always considered private and treated as such. I collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to me. I do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party, outside of Paypal and the shipping carrier, and only for reasons that concern completion of your order.

Cookies
Some of my web pages are interactive, such as the online form that allows you to be added to my mailing list on a voluntary basis.  In this case, all submitted information is used only for the expressed purposes for which it is intended and is not made available to any third party. In order to store items in your shopping cart during a shopping session, it's necessary for your internet browser to store a cookie on your hard drive. Cookies describe coded information about the user anytime you visit a website, and depending on your browser settings, can be automatically deleted after a session expires.

My policy discloses the privacy practices for the Particulars Studio web site specifically. However, links to other external web sites provided for convenience sake on my site mean that when you leave www.particularsstudio.com, you will be going to sites that are beyond my control. I try to ensure that links leaving my site are clearly labeled for your information - look at your address bar if you're unsure. Linked sites, which have separate privacy and data collection practices, are provided for your convenience only. They may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information from you - I have no control over these third party sites, the content of their websites, or their activities. The privacy policies and procedures described here are for Particulars Studio only and do not apply to any external links.
