Return Policy
| I take great pride in my work, creating each item with care and attention to detail because I want you, my customer, to be happy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may either exchange or return an item within 14 days of receipt. Exchange and Return guidelines follow - please do not purchase if you're uncomfortable with stated terms. |
Exchange Guidelines |
| Exchange methods may be different for artcards, paintings, and reproduction prints, so before returning any items to Particulars Studio, please contact me for an authorization number and specific shipping instructions. |
| To process an exchange, the following information is needed - |
- Your name and contact details
- Order number
- Payment method
- Item(s) you wish to exchange
- Delivery receipt number
- Credit card number (if applicable)
- Reason for exchange

Please download and complete the Return Instructions form. Re-package the item you wish to return, re-use original packaging materials, and include the original packing slip so I can process your return quickly. If returning a painting for exchange with another, please be sure that the item includes the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and the Affadavit of Value (AOV) card originally sent to you when you purchased the work. Please note - I will not be able to process an exchange on original artwork unless these provenance items are returned to my possession. For your protection, Particulars Studio recommends that you purchase insurance when returning items, especially original artwork. Return shipping and insurance costs are paid by the buyer for exchanged items - Particulars Studio can only reimburse shipping costs where a shipping error on our part has occurred. |
| Once your returned item(s) has been received, you'll be sent a confirmation email. The requested exchange will be processed within 3 business days, at which time another email will be sent, confirming shipment. If the price of your original purchase is the same as the price of the exchanged item, I will consider this an "even exchange" and no additional payment processing will occur. You can then choose any of the payment methods offered to cover new shipping costs that would apply. Once this transaction has been processed, your replacement order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. In cases where an item is exchanged for another of lesser or greater value, a refund for the purchased item will first need to be processed, followed by a new transaction for the replacement item. At the time you contact me about information regarding exchange of your item, exact details of the process will be provided. |

All merchandise returned for exchange purposes is presumed to be in the same condition as when first shipped. For returned art cards and reproduction prints that are received damaged such that they cannot be re-entered into inventory, I offer the following two separate reconcilation options - please choose one
- a refund of 50% of the original purchase price
- return of the damaged item(s) to you, at no further charge
